resignation payments
I planned to resign from my company before my contract ends which is 2 years.. my question is.. Is it possible for the company to ask payments from me for abrogation or breach of contract which is very big enough than the actual salary i am receiving monthly?... please give an idea.. or help me of what i am going to do..
You have to read your contract again (including Arabic portion). It may be stipulated in your contract. And since you signed it, you cannot contest it.
More than one year you already entitled for gratuity and vacation leave by Qatar labor law... that big some of money is insane..it is only way of blackmailed as some bad company did..if there's some violation on your rights try to seek help from Labor Office..
go to labour office, in al hilal area, near american hospital.. i went there with the same problem before.
in addition to this... my salary is only Qr1200 monthly and my company asking me Qr6000 as resignation payment, I am now more than a year in service... is this lawful?.. should i seek help? where should i go?... pls help...
