Ride-Share Project
Good news to everyone,
I and some of my friends are in the process of developing a network for ride share.
The idea is very simple, if you don't own a car or if you own a car but don't want to use it or sick of driving and you need someone to drive you to and from any place in the city of Doha all you have to do is just contact us,subscribe (IT IS TOTALLY FREEEEEEE) and we will hook you up with someone who will be your ride-share partner.
Also if you are a car owner and you drive alone and you wish to do something good for this community,you wish to help other people and also help yourself by decreasing the load on the crowded city of Doha,just contact us,subscribe and we will hook you up with someone who will be your ride-share partner.
For further info please send your full "real" name,contact number,the area you live in (not necessarily the exact address,for safety purposes) and your ride-share plan ,for ex what time you go to work?? where is your work?? what time do you get off work?? If you have any special needs that you need special arrangements??
Please send all these info to [email protected] and we will contact you as soon as the project is complete.
Please help us beat the traffic jam by reducing the number of moving cars on the roads, send this message to your friends, encourage them to contact us, and advertise for the idea,it's great and it worked in many places all around the world.

Great idea. Hope many people will join your effort as I also noticed that most cars only have one person in them. Such a waste of energy, clean air and space at the traffic lights. Unfortunately I will not join as I do not get out much and have no need, but if I would, I would join.

I appreciate your contribution,i really need people like you who have vision and are willing to do something to improve their style of living.
Well,the e-mail is personal simply coz the project so far is personal.
It's not a governement initiative,it's a totally amateur thing.
We are still in the process of gathering the data base,like names and places and destinations and so.
You can help by advertising and having more people send their details and contacts to the e-mail address,once we have enough data base we will invite everyone to sign up on a special link here on QL website with the help of our friend "Qatari"

Wonderful initiative. Anybody can see the logic in car pooling. So so many people have SUVs and there is generally one person in it.
What is the scope of the project? Will you be working with the government or privately?
Get things a bit more orgainzed and it would build more trust in what you are doing though. For example the email you put is a personal one.
