Who can take action against schools?

Please Post here if anybody knows.

One of my friend's child studying in Delhi public school didn't back to home from school a day as bus left and came. When inquired in school , they said the child only missed the bus . When complained to the School Administration , they said, if u dont like the school , better change the school. Is this the response of a school management?

Where to complain regarding this problem. Can anybody involve in this matter and take action. Please guide me as we are sending to school believing the school and its staff. If they are also behaving like this where we can send then???

This should not be the response of people from school... atleast they should reply politly or accept and must tell they will invistigate the matter... instead they behaved impolitly with u.. so do not keep quite and complain to the supreme council of Education (SEC) who are the father of all schools in Qatar...

to know more about them visit thier website www.sec.com.qa

There was an incident in the same school (of late) which resulted in loss of life to a small child. You take up the issue with supreme education council. It is schools responsibility to ensure the safety of children.

You can complain to SEC.

Before blaming the school, did you check why the child did not get on the bus at the appointed hour, or if he informed his friends to inform the bus condutor or driver?
