Signing of Contract when one arrives in Doha. Please I need Information

I accepted a job with a company and they want me to sign the contract but the terms of the contract are not filled out. The company says that they will fill it out when I get to Qatar and that by signing it, I am just acknowledging that I have read the contract. IS this legit. Should I sign the contract even though the terms are not filled out. I really need some answers

No Way,

Get a copy of the contract signed from them first,

if you agree on the terms then you sign it,

other wise simply forget it,

or else they will trash you to worst deal in your life..

SMILE...its the only cool thing to do that effects all

I agree with hotandsticky. Don't ever sign any document before going through the original or a scanned copy. I had been treated the worst way possible because I had made the same mistake. In fact, my employers did not even sign any contract with me and kicked me out conveniently after 6 months. Guess who my employers were ? One of the premier organizations in Qatar owned by nobody less than a minister.

Therefore, take care!!!!

Dont sin it .comapny know that if u come here then its not easy for u to go back immidetialy after looking the location and contract etc ,as u know if someone go to other country for job and for better future its really hard for him or her to go back to his or her country really hard buz he left many things there .

Are you really that naive to even ask a question like that? Unless you are signing with a well-known, long-standing reputable firm, you should forget even considering this position. If it is a start-up by some cowboys you can be sure you will be fleeced, raped, used until you can be used no more, then thrown out with the trash. You will treated like a cockroach regardless of what anyone tells you.

Don't sign it! It would be stupid of you to do that without knowing the complete details of your contract (A contract is like a bondage)

It is like signing a "blanco" check. The holder can fill in any amount.

No, get the full details mentioned before signing. There are instances of people signing contracts and then finding that the terms are different when they arrive here.
