This is not the way of Ahl sunnah wal Jammah. Sleeping in masjid is strictly forbidden only during last 10 days of Lail qiyam where you sit in Itekhaaf.

While you are in Doha please study your deen there are Urdu lectures in Masjid Bukhari and near Arab Bank Round About

Studying islam is obligatory, in markaz they read that corrupt book Fazaile Amal

In 2008 almost every week I went there...there's a couple of interpreter for major languange such us English, Urdhu, and Indonesia/Malay since the preach is in Arabic.

Feels like you got a recharge... cleaning your mind and a relief after hectic workdays. Moreover you get more knowledge about our religion.

Prepare your itinerary such as blanket and bath items if you want to spend the night till Friday morning. And you can bring your own meal as well though as far as I know the masjid caretaker itself providing meal for people or from somepeople that giving charity.
