What is a suitable salary for a part time nanny working sunday to thursday from 07.00 to 13.00 if she is only have to babysitt a 3.5 months baby?

And is it alowed to bring a nanny to the work and let her sit in the reception or does she have to sit in my home?

So 2400 a month for changing diapers?That does absolutly not sound suitable.. Specially not for only one child with no other chore..
