for me better to stay at home, surprise your love one with candle light dinner, cook food that she/he loves or if you dont know how to cook you can buy or ask someone to cook for you.

I just want to suggest the PICASSOS RESTAURANT where i am playing solo guitar, the place is relaxing and romantic.Im playing guitar with the customers,and some couple whose dating was serenade by me. They serve italian,spanish,and mexican food.
Its located in Ramada Plaza hotel, 1st floor new ramada buidling.

La Mer at the Ritz; Bentleys Grill at ramada is a cozy place too
Soy asian,,,they have candles but i highly doubt if it would set the tone for "romance."
(unless someone serenades the two of you with violins)thats romantic!
