Could anyone tell me what is the best way /cheapest way to send money from Doha back to Vietnam?

I know that you can send through BIDV (Ngan hang Dau tu Phat trien) at Al Fardan Exchange but I am not sure that is the cheapest way.

I think you should open accounts in local banks like CBQ and the like, don't use HSCB, they suck.

Did u check the Lulu Hyper Market Money Transfer?? Its on the D Ring Road... It surely gives a cheap solution to transfer money to India...
