Hi,

I have transfered my visa from another company to my present company 1 year ago. My current company don't have the culture of giving NOC or transfer visa. Incase in future if I get better oppertunity or any other reasons, if I want to transfer my visa, to a new company
Is there any rule from labour department or imigration for forcing the employer to provide visa transfer.

My designation in the RP is Engineer.
