Unmarried cohabitation?

Is it permissible for unmarried people of the opposite sex to live together in Qatar? My boyfriend and I are considering jobs there and were planning on waiting another year before getting married. We presently live together.

It's definitely not allowed in this part of the world. You will be in deep sh*t if someone reports you to the authorities...

But make sure you have no enemies (Love thy enemy).

Since it's illegal it's probably not a good idea. You really don't want to start off on the wrong foot (getting deported.)

you can do it simply as many others are doing it . being careful. do not go to public places together , do not announce or tell it to anyone.

The State of Qatar is an Islamic country. It's not allowed. Only the government is allowed to sell alcohol.

Officially, a big No No.

It will get you into big trouble if caught.

It's not allowed...you'll get jailed and deported.

But if you insist...do it at your own risk.
