Regarding vegetable Market Vegetables.
Yesterday morning at 8am u brought some beans tomato green chilly and kakroll. I always believed that vegetables market vegetables are very good and fresh but situation
After 5 hours status
All green beans are becoming red & pungas colour like unusable
All kakroll are same as green but becoming superb soft as like bread in water.
But I don't know what medicine they/suppliers used & that medicine good for health or harmful.

Why don't you buy vegetables online, just click mart provides you fresh fruits and vegetables and their shipping service is also very fast.
as all these vegitables are imported, they are preserved in nitrogen cooling system, which help in reducing oxygen around the vegitables during the storage. when the vegitables are out of containers and in the market, they should kepp in in cool environment to maintain freshness.
the idea is, the longer these crops stays in the fridge (nitrogen),, the sooner they spoil when they are kept out.
you want to have fresh, goodloking vegitables, buy it early as they come from the storage, have an icebox in your car with some ice just to keep it cool, and store in sealed containers/bags in your fridge.
