VISIT VISA for My brother in law

Can somebody guide me to take a visit visa for my brother in law for just 5 days or 1 week of time who is passing through Qatar,(a stop over ) travelling from USA to INDIA.

Once when i applied for him , they said he cannot be given as he isn't still married.

So please advise me ur best.

Hotel is the best bet . If he has a US passport , there would not be a problem at entry. You can apply for visit visa via your own company. Speak to the PRO

You will get tourist visa. Apply through a hotel.
