I got an interview from a company here in qatar. After a few days, they said I was shortlisted. What does shortlisted means.. It means I'm going for next interview or they gonna choose again to the selected candidate whom they will hire?

You being a professional IT guy and you do not know what do you meanby " shortlisted " you don't deserve this status, god alone to save the company.
