Dear friends pls. inform me the email id of the General Manager of Al-Safeer I want him to inform/compliant about the rude behaviour & bad quality service of the customer care officer while shopping with family.
If it is not possible to complain his General Manager then to whom I should complain about insulting behaviour of staff ? Is there any govt.comittee to whom I should complain ?( sorry I cann't give the details of the incidence happened with me).
Waiting for your reply....
Thanks in advance

Avoid that shopping mall and advice your friends and relatives about the incident. If you want to do more go to the consumer complaint department of Muncipality.
