i am working in one Qatari company ( owned by Qatari ) i almost finished one year now(12 months ) , when i asked him about my annual leave , he is telling that there is no annual leave in one year . no leave salary , no ticket

what the heck is the labor rule regarding annual leave .
i came here from Dubai , each year i my company gave me leave salary .

but in Qatar annual leave is only after two years ( 24 months ) , no leave salary even after two years .

why these rules . or Even Qataries not aware of Labor rules

do they have another contract other than the one from labor department .

is it possible for each company to make their own contracts with what they believe rules

had u signed any contract with the company? it should have been mentioned in the contract.
