what is the status of finished contract?

hi there.

My 2 yrs contract will be finished this coming december, what will be my status it is cancel? that means after two years before coming again, or there is an minimal period like after 6 months i can come again?

NO RUMORS BECAUSE I HAVE SAME SITUATION AND I ASKED IN LABOR DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME 5 YEARS..........

If you can come any time on visit visa But you will get RP only if you have NOC from the present sponsor or after two years.; no two year restriction for project visa.

Nice question, lots of opinions and answers. contact the immigration dept or you will have to wait and see when u cancel your contract. Rules keep changing. Thers also a rumour that there is going to be a ban for 5 yrs. anyways all the best.
