Bubbles in Ramada plaza, 50% men/50% women usually in couples with a good line of Qatari's holding up the bar. Serves champagne/cocktails and has a singer and piano player that play too loudly. Average drink price: 50QR

Ramada Plaza Level 2 , it is in the right hand side from the elevator. Come early it get crowded most of the times.
