Whom to complain at QTEL
I was living in my old apartment and shifted to my new apartment in march . So i promptly visited QTEL office at Musherib and submitted cancellation of my mozaic connection and also the equipment . Qtel promptly informed me that the connection is cancelled . However last 2 months , i received 2 bills amounting to QAR 500
So i now visited QTEL Al Saadh branch and again complained on this issue . They were again prompt and informed me that -no payment needs to be done and old connection will be disconnected -be rest assured .
Then i applied for new connection and at my new apartment . QTel Immediately informed me that new connection not possible , as old connection is still active .
So old connection still kept active by QTEL -when i am not living there for last 2 months and still they are sending me Bills .
Pls HELP -WHOM TO COMPLAIN NOW .
I called QTEL Billing department , visited musherib office on 2 fridays in the morning , visited Al Saadh branch , visited QTEL Lulu hyper branch also .
Only Wakra branch left -which this thursday -i intend to go and complain .
I called 111 and they told me to visit AL SAADH main office and meet team manager there . So ysday i went there and got another compliant number from him .
My connection cannot be transferred to new residence as per them , as they are different exchanges and 20 kms apart from each other .
Called 115 also and they also could not help .

Better you get Call centre support on 111 and follow the Complain number to solved the issue.

there is no1 in qtel to complain thats the main compliant about Qtel .. helpless ...
i guess i have seen same kind of complaint in QL many times .. do a search you will find many
