why bulbs getting damaged with in minutes

In my home the ordinary bulbs (INCANDECENT LAMPS )are getting damaged with in minutes.this is happens for a long period. Can someone tell me the reason and remedy.

There must be a higher current voltage at your home. Ordinary lights buld is very sensitive to this and when switch on, a surge of power would burst its bulb, even if it holds on for not so long the bulb elements will get over heated.
Check your wiring first, replace the bulb holders, and also the switch. You might need a over load breaker, what happens is when you switch on the lights there is a sudden increase in voltage that stricks the filament of the bulb which causes it to burn out or at times even burst out.
Energy bulbs can be of some help, an electrician can solve your problem
Replace the bulb holders. Or switch over to CFL (Energy Saver) Tube lights or bulbs consume more electricity as compared to a CFL bulb.
You are probably broke by now buying those replacement bulbs. Check your wiring.
Within minutes???? This is not logical...

You know its happening since a long time for you.
Why to keep moaning and open a discussion on that, dont you feel it wont help you out much. It happend for me too i just replaced them with energy saver lamps and stay calm.
