You've never been "carded" before?! It's a standard requirement to enter an establishment that serves alcohol. It is illegal for that establishment to serve underage drinkers.

there is nothing wrong.......it ensures the person who enters the club behaves well......in case, some untoward incident happens, they can identify and catch the person. It is a precaution
