It is just beside it. only twenty meters between the gates and same side of the road.

Many thanks. When you say it is next to Alfardan Gardens 4, where exactly do you mean? When I put 25.248655,51.484487 into google map it took me to Alfardan 4. Might there be any photos of the compound or the villas online? Thanks for your help.

Sorry I don't have photos.But I can Arrange for a site visit at anytime.Actually Majduleen compound is a part of Alfardan Properties Just Beside Alfardan Gardens 4. it is a 4BR + Maid room. fully furnished or semi furnished.Club House swimming pool, restaurant, tennis court, billiard, Gym, Aerobic, basketball court, beach volley and more...
