Is Al Nasser Street a suitable and decent place to stay for a family?? Are there any places closer to it where we can buy vegetables, groceris, fruits etc???

I dunno what you meant by suitable?....It is a residential area with lots of shops , so a bit congested.Other than that it is centrally located.I wud rather decide suitability based on distance to workplace and schools?
congested but there are lots of restos and grocery stores around.
It's a bit congested as mentioned but otherwise fine place to live and you can do all your grocery shopping at FFC..
the place is too congested. though some decent highrise come up in this area.
a big outlet of Family food centre is there to cater almost all ur day 2 day needs- besides many other outlets
there are a of shops including FFC,Gaint...
