Tried to get a police paper for insurance followed by an accident and the person was not ready to give the presence/statement in front of the police, so given case against him. After 8 months I got paper from police station to appear in the court at Al sadd. Do you know the procedure or the steps to be followed from myside.

attending a court hearing is a very expensive one. you have to pay your attorney every time you attend a court hearing. and the case you filed will take time and years before it will settle. you are not allowed also to exit qatar until the case is finished.
