Any problems Using ichat on Apple Macs?

I was wondering if any of you guys and girls on QL have had experience of using ichat, the video conferencing software that comes with Apple Mac laptops and desk tops.

I have heard some people say that qtel block some other voip protocols. Are they able to block ichat as well?
