Barwa Housing Interview

Am glad guys..But be so sooo soooo sooooo careful!!Do not be optimistic!!!!

yes, i got call.. next month is interview.

When is your interview .. have you prepared all the documents .. What was your application number.. are they calling according to application number etc.. 

I didn't receive call.  My friend told me that the selection is through computer system.  And One of the most important factor to be selected is if the applicant have problem in their current accommodation such as eviction or termination of the contract.  That is why they require to bring the original eviction letter for the interview for verification.

well, my hubby is with Barwa International.  it's not the real estate side.  I'll ask him to get any info he can though.  If it helps???  he was was speaking about that project one day this week.

Requirement for interview (if you received call from Barwa, then):

1.     A recent detailed salary certificate for  applicant.2.     A recent detailed salary certificate for family members ( if applicable).3.     Passport copy of  applicant and  family  members with a copy of valid resident permit.4.     A recent photograph of applicant.5.     Copy of valid tenancy aggrement.6.     Marital status proof ( Married- Divorced- Widow).7.     Loan's Certificate.8.     Bank statement for the last 6 months.

9.     Copy of  commercial registration ( if applicable). 

10.     Evication order proof from court ( if applicable).11.     Copy of birth certificate for  applicant's kids.12.     Salary deduction by  court order ( if applicable).

13.     Copy of school fees receipt ( if applicable) &14.Copy of electricity and water bill.

there was a seperate site for barwa housing program during the time of booking but now that site is off

if any one have kind of contact or tracking the application please advise

There is no information about the allotments..

it is BARWA! correct the spelling and you will get it on search..

if not write "barawa real estate in qatar" in yahoo search engine  then will come to much links You will be able to find barwa site throw that links

Don't you work for one of the Barwa contractors or something ?? I amd not sure but I don't remember exactly .. but think I read that in one of the forum
