Best area for QSTP?

Where would be the best area for a single person to live who works at the QSTP? I'm looking to ensure the travel time is as short and hassle-free as possible.
I'd be wanting a good quality FF 2+ bed apartment or smaller type villa that wouldn't cost more than 12000QR, freestanding or compound. Alternatively, is there an area that would be an easy commute that isn't local to the QSTP that I could get good value accommodation in?

There are lots of new Villa compounds and Apartments around Landmark Garaffa Area...villas are mostly three and four bedrooms...you can get a good two bedroom apartment for less than QR.10,000. Check QL classified..

I think the Best place for you would be Al Rayyan Area.

is Bani Hajjar, Rayyan (OLD), Gharrafa..
majority of the resdential units are stand alone villa or villas within compound.
Few apartments are now built in Rayyan area.
