Please do not rent in the Bin Mahmood Buildings (right behind Garage Street). They are poorly constructed and there is water leakage everywhere in the building. Kitchens, corridors and parking lot.

The building management is no where to be seen or contacted. Do not trust their real estate agent/broker on building maintaince.

This is just an FYI.

hesa24804 - Garage street is at the intersection of Bin Mahmood and Qatari Bin Al Fujaah Street. From Toys R us (between Li Cigale and Ramada) go straight down to Bin Mahmood Street and you will see these buildings on the right side of the street - peach colour.

The buildings have numerous safety issues and structural problems and a court case on top of it.
