Well..well..i know it sounds very silly..after failing three times on manual, i finally managed to get driving lessons/test on manual (Al Khebra) i feel a bit intimidated next to my teacher and am sure, i'll be jittery during my test.

Driving has never been my forte (gawd am a guy for petes sake)but one cant do without a car, here in Doha!

I have taken 4 lessons now (apart from the 40 in the previous school) and i still tend to stare in the rear view mirror (arent we supposed to just glance?)or i forget to look in the side mirrors - all major errors!

Any tips from experienced and professional drivers will be much appreciated.

Lastly...i know to some of you guys driving is a piece of cake, but to some like me....its a nightmare! now am i weird?

You know what.........if u just check accidents record in Traffic police deptt, You will b happy to know that in majority of accidents Indians were involved :) And unfortunately Indians were on mistake.........Sorry to say m not racist but this is the fact which sometimes makes us feel pissed off. They drive wrong, they cause accidents but others suffers as they have to hire rent a car when their car is under repair in garage.

Dont b nervous dude, as u r not alone, there r thousands like U, if ever u will manage to get licence, m sure u would b giving hard time to the drivers beside you.....
