Can i renew my driving license

Hello
I cancel my visa and left Qatar 1 yr back. So,i have the emigration ban of 2 yrs, but my driving license is going to expire on after 6 months.
So how can i renew my license? I can come to Qatar by visit visa.
Is it possible to renew the driving license while visit visa?

Can any advice, if the licence expired 2/ 1 yrs back, how much fine i want to pay for renewal of licence?

I took my new license when I was on a visit visa. I din't had a identity card then. They had 'temporary license' printed on that. As soon I got my permanent visa I went to the traffic department with my temporary license and new ID card, payed Qr 250 and got permanent license instantly.
So I think the opposite is also possible...
Without valid visa, one cannot renew driving license...however you could drive with International license when on visit!
For renewal of driving license u most have a valid residence permit.But if u will come to Qatar u can drive & if u get other residence visa u can renew it.
