I might be going to buy a car today, and just wondering is it worth to take a check from the checkbook to pay the seller? Its a used car, so i just need to know if the car transfer offices are open today and from what times, so if they are, then i can go and buy a car.

My humble experience tells me that they are closed Fridays and Saturdays.
