My friend is currently working for Q company and in the process of changing jobs (perhaps in other company or Q company). Can anyone provide information on what documentations / educational documentations are required to be submitted if hired within Qatar as opposed to hired from outside Qatar. How does the Certification or Ministry of Foreign affair certification work?

Can my friend get it certified by a lawyer back home and get it attested by ministry of foreign affairs here? Or it has to be certified by the Embassy? I have heard there are some exemptions for Q company is this correct?

Any educational document should be attested by the relevant embassy and by foreign affairs dept for further processing. This is standard here.

All the same documents which he submitted before and most importantly NOC from the current employer. BTW, I also need Job :(( ...If you anything or can help in this regard, plz PM me.
