Community or Philippine School in Mesaieed

Hi everyone, will probably move to Qatar however one of the most important factor on my decision is Education and schooling of my daughter.

My prospective company provides education assistance or reimbursement on fees on Community Schools. Frankly I am not sure what Community schools means, so I asked the HR and he mentioned that all nationalities in Qatar have community school i.e. Indian, Philippines, Pakistan.

Also International schools can be included on the package to the extent company will only pay the max tuition fee offered by Community school.

i heard there are now two (2) Philippine schools in Qatar but are both currently located in DOha. These are 45 minutes or an hour away from the offered family accomodation which is in Messaieed.

Can anyone enlighten me if there good schools in Messaieed?

Am sure 100% you will be joining QP... I should know because i got the same package when I joined QP... but unfortunately there are only 3 filipino community schools (PISQ, PSD & AIS) which are all located in Doha only... they are approx 70-80 km away from Messaied... it will be a big burden for you to travel long distance daily to send and fetch your kid from school as there is no available school bus that travels to Messaied from any of the community schools in Doha... so i suggest you find other schools in messaied... good luck and congrats bro!!!
