Can any property owner advise the method of bearing the Cooling charges on new buildings in Doha:
a) Added to the tenants rent intially (50% tenant & 50% Owner)?
b) Not added intially & found out charges recently and thinking how to split percentage?
c) Charging the tenant only the consumption percentage by end of the year & owner bearing the capacity charge (which is the highgest amount)

Any reasonable ideas are welcome...
