Dear friends,
I come to know that real estate agents those letting flats or villa taking full payment at a discount rate and leaving the country by cheating the owner without paying rent. if it so happen the orginal owner who doesn't get the money asking the tenants to vacate or repay rent again if the want to continue...
Pls post any experience if u have then it will help full for those who doesn't know this trap.

One can pay in one lump sum for a discount but in direct contract with landlord of property, not a middleman. Actually this is good way to get a reduced rent.
