hello,i am talha ,hope your all fine my friends, actualy today am making this post because i need ur help , last month i turnd 18 bt for some reason i couldnt and cant go for traing of driving and to get license ,the thing that i wanna ask is that i heard a rumor that from next month ,instead of 18,A person WHO is 21 years old is eligble to get license ,is it truth ?or not ? waiting for ur reply
