This is a new traffic violation message i received today through metrash....the fine is QAR 500

i am absolutely sure i was driving a car....and i definitely dont remember using the turbo boost facility to fly 42 metres above the road.

most importantly, i havent flouted any traffic rules so far, except for driving 42 metres above the road ?!?

42 metres ?!?!? c'mon you poopyheads...are you trying to meet your revenue targets for this month ?? retards!!

It could be for any of the reasons mentioned above. Speeding, no seat belt, kid in front seat etc. Since the last update of fine amount by traffic department, they have not been able to update the currosponding message for the voilation so they simply find the most appropriate message with the fine that mataches your voilation amount.

Go to traffic department and they will give you the detials and also is possible a picture with you sitting behind the wheel. I know couple of my friends who were jumping all around after getting the SMS. when they visited the traffic department, they were embarrised to see the picture of the vechiles, to a extent that they could even make out who was driving the vechile :-)

Sorry for the fine, better be careful and drive safe next time.
