DRIVING IN PUBLIC ROADS WITH SPEED AND CRAZY
IT IS OBSERVED THAT THE PEOPLE THOSE WHO ARE DRIVING 4 WAY VEHICLES ESPECIALLY LANDCRUSIERS WITH VERY HIGH SPEED AND DISTURBING THE OTHER THOSE WHO ARE DRIVING PROPERLY. MOST OF THE DRIVERS ARE YOUNG NATIONALS. WHY THEY ARE DOING THIS. IF YOU SEE IN THE ROADS IN NIGHTS THEY ARE MAKING CIRCUS WITH THESE VEHCILES IN PUBLIC ROADS, YOU CAN SEE THESE MARKS IN THE ROADS I.E TYRE MARKS. THE LAW AND ORDER IS KEPT AWAY FROM THESE ACTIONS?
