Just get a no objection lettor from your company that they dont have problem to trasfer ur license .. it shud be in company letter head and signed by ur sponsor. and you have take 2 photos and company trade license copy also along with you ....
then stright to traffic dept ... go to customer service and request for a license transfer .. then they will be giving you one form to fill it up (this is for eye test) ....do the eye test in the same place ... once you finish this ...you have to get signature from head of Traffic dept ..which is located in the same place ....
Done .....Mabrook ...your license is ready...go to counter pay 250 QR and get ur license ......

You should have Eye test made and then you fill the form woth 2 photoes and it can be issues quickly, after paying the fees
If you are connected with a company , ask your PRO, to accompany you to the traffic department and bring your valid UAE driver's license. they will issue you a qatari driver's license after passing eye test.
I think it should be possible to exchange with a dubai driving license for a Qatari driving license. You can go to the nearby traffic department for further procedure.
