Planning to move my house from end of this month and wish to get some expert's advise on specific items to watch out for in terms of family compounds

My preference is Rawdah area, behind Rameeze or Old Aiport / Hilal etc

Please share any good family compounds, with facilites for children and 24x7 security/maintance etc.
