hi,
i am living the country ,so i have to break my Tenancy contract with Ezdan Real estate. my contract is of 18 months and i just finished only 2 months. kindly advice if anybody has such experience with them.very urget response needed !
Unless your tenancy contract is linked to your employment contract (which I doubt as you are in Ezdan), you would have pay the rent as mentioned in the contract for all the months of your stay i.e. there are no free months as you have not completed the contract.
Your contract conditions will prevail, however the same question i asked Ezdan when i took the apartment over there, they said me that if I am cancelling the RP and leaving the country, accordingly ( on prorata) they will deduct the amount and will return back the rest of the amount, but u need to produce RP cancellation proof. so i think there is no much issue.

i am leaving the Country as my Job Contract ends by 1st april-2011, and my company is not renewing it.
you are "living" the country or "leaving" the country???
if living, they will not return the amount and if u r leaving the country, the other person's answer is clear
