I'll be moving to Qatar in few days. They told me i'll be living in "Handasa street". I just wanted to know if it's a good place, especially for a family and if we can find there shops or malls or schools...
Thank you for the help :)

dubds has said it.

Handasa street is main street which is having not much accommodation provided that you have to moove left or right. Right towards to Crazy signal is good place but left will be narrow and crowded.

Handassa Street is on B Ring Road(from Jaida Bridge to Crazy Signal)... its right in the center of Doha.. If you are provided accommodation somewhere near the Mumtaza New Jamia area (off Handassa Street) its a great place...ideal for family... very quiet .. there is an Al Meera Supermarket nr by and some restaurants.. easily accessible to other areas of doha... but if ur on the opposite side, its bit crowded with narrow lanes... find the exact location and i can be of more help....
