Help - Moving to Doha and need apartment rental advice

I am moving to Doha soon and have been trawling through this site to assess the accommodation options available. I have decided that a villa compound is the way to go. I want to be close enough to the airport, malls, park etc and think that the al fardan garden residency looks great. Could you tell me what similar quality villa compounds there may be in this area of town so that i may compare them? If websites are avaialble to look at then all the better.

Thanks

Thats a great help - thanks. Engel & Volkers seem to have the best website so I've asked them to contact me.

What would a sensible budget be for a three bedroom compound villa. I have two very young twins (10 months old) who will be joining me in Sept so I want the environment to be just right for them - grassy area to play, safe etc. I will also be working at the airport so would need to be within a sensible driving distance.

Hi there are not many good real estate websites to look at the best ones that I have found are;

- Remax Qatar

- Mirage property Qatar

- Engel & Volkers Qatar

- Hme Life Qatar Real Estate

There are quite a lot of villas available at the moment and prices have come down quite a bit in the last 6 months

Hope this helps
