Dear QLs,

what to do if the electricity and water is disconnected due to non-payment of bills. I am a new tenant in one of the flat and i took this flat one month before. Today the electricty and water has been disconnected. The flat belongs to a reputed real estate agent. When i enquired in kharama they told me its in the name of another person and they will not give me an invoice and its amounting to 2500QAR. At this position what should I do and how long will it take it be reconnected?
