Hopefully getting my Drivers Licence

I am hoping to get my drivers licence in the next few weeks. I'm not sure if my Australian drivers licence can easily be converted or if I will have to take lessons. Are there any Australians who can confirm this?

Also, does anyone know the cost of a licence and the validity?? Thanks

I believe, the Australian License would just be swapped with the Qatari License....No need for lessons. Just go for an Eye Test (Cost QR-25 Max)...and you'll get your license (Cost QR 250 if em not wrong)... :-)
