Hi,

Am sure no one could give you a clear picture what’s happening here. Why don’t u come here for a week & try your self. It would be much better for you to think before you take any decision.

for 3000- 4000 you can get a single big room with kitchen and bath room but i guess not a house.it its much expensive to get a house and you must take into consideration that houses here needs an advance and deposits as well.

i guess IT is also in demand here qatar.

As the rents are declining i think you can get an independent unfurnished portion of partitioned villa with in your budget. For a furnished two bed flat now the rents have come down to 6000.

I guess she could go for OCP certification or get her hand in web development portals. Both have equal importance here.
