How hard is it to to get back the Deposit on house rent??

I'm planning to leave Qatar for good before the expiry of my House Lease Contract. I'm wondering if I can get back the security Deposit? The contract said that I'll have to give one month notice and pay one month penalty but it does not mention whether I can get the Deposit back or not in that case.
Please enlighten me. Thanx

depends on real estate company. But do your best instead of losing it easily. Give them notice asap and ask your money constantly. You should threat them of going to police and may even go to Capital Securiy office (near crazy signal) to register the case. gud luck
