How To Transfer QTEL's Landline Service?

I recently transferred the Ooredoo connection from another guy. but he did not give the ooredoo tv equipment. Can I get a new one free of charge?

its simple now a days u will find in each and every shopping mall ex. lulu, city centre Qtel showroom is there and there u can ask them to provide u the form. mostly u have to carry the RP and passport copy of both of yours(yourslef and the person's to whom ur want to transfer)

if it is under your name just fill out application with the new location and submit any of the q-tel customer service with you valid qatar ID. its cost qrs. 200/- it will come to you with next bill. If there is any liability, you have to settle it before accepting your transfer letter.

Just walk to the Q Tel Office in Souq Najda and the receptionist in the counter will guide you with all your problems. They even have a free photo copy service for your ID which is the main documents required for any services.

it is very easy .. u have to go to any of the nearest qtel showrooms .. there u get a form to transfer it to another person ..and the only document u havt to furnish is ur qatar id /.. a photo copy will do .. net u will be directed to a officer ,, she/he will get the details ..and write down ur mobile number .. after that .. u will ahve to give them to whoes qatar id ur changing .. thats it .. everything will be settled .. but u have to full pay the due amounts .. see ya

just visit any of the Qtel branches... fill up an application form...if you want it under your name or anyone else just carry along the Qatari ID card.
