anyway keep in minde that we are in summer and most of people are outside qatar so nobody can expect,but generally that location is almost crowded becouse its exactly in the center of doha

There is a paid parking behind the bank street... also u can find parking next to the ground i.e behind old Toyota showroom.

I was there this Friday and during the day it was dead, however it gets pretty hectic at night.
