Hello,

We are looking to rent a studio apartment in La Rose de Sable apartment near Crazy signal. Can anyone living there/lived there provide us suggestions on the place? How is the parking there? Is it always full or do we get spaces to park? Also are there lot of families or bachelor crowd? Any help/suggestion about the place would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

I don't know about that building specifically, but generally in Doha, there are NEVER enough spots in apartment buildings and you will find yourself changing your LIFE so that you can find a spot w/in a mile of your building. In my building, there are no assigned spots, about 50 units and less than 20 spots. We live in an area full of bachelors and singles (lots of cars). NIGHTMARE. Love my flat, once I get to it. As summer approaches, this can be worse than merely good exercise at best or inconvenient at worst-it is really difficult in the heat to be parked a long way from home-especially with kids, shopping or any disability. Also, as safe as Doha is so far as crime, the driving is awful and I have found myself playing frogger at the Sana RA which is DANGEROUS.
