The new building is located in the embassies area, AL-Dafna. in July 2014, they moved the unit from the CRing road to Al-Dafna area. Unauthorized vehicles are not allowed so you will be requested to park your car in the parking of the mosque and to take the bus to there. Karwa buses run every 5 minutes from the parking area to the building and vice-versa.

Ministry Of Foreign and Affairs woman section is located in corniche area, behind Hotel Al Bustan 2 floor, make sure to take a credit, debit or ATM card as they don't accept cash, 20 0r 30 QR each legalization. Good Luck !
